This case is an appeal from a superior court decision upholding the denial of an application for a limited entry permit by the Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission (CFEC). We conclude that there was substantial evidence to support the CFECs rejection of appellants claim for vessel ownership points, but that the case must be remanded to the CFEC for further consideration of appellants claim for special circumstances points.
