Action for wrongful death in the district court for Lac qui Parle county by the special administratrix of the estate of Ellaine Grengs, who was fatally injured while riding as a guest in an auto owned by the defendant Clara Erickson and driven by the defendant Wayne Erickson. The case was tried before Harold Baker, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for plaintiff. Defendants motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was granted, and plaintiff appealed from the judgment.
